Changed your mind? No problem.
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
Conditions:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned, unless they arrived damaged, defective, or are the wrong item.
How to start a return:
- Email us at cluxcosmetics1@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will reply within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds: once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. There is no restocking fee.
Return shipping: if the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping.
